fa بررسی تأثیر مداخله‌ی آموزشی کتابداران بالینی بر مهارت دستیاران چشم‌پزشکی در استفاده از اطلاعات مبتنی بر شواهد کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Library & Information Sciences كاربردي Applied Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> کتابداران سلامت می‌توانند نقش مهمی در تأمین نیازهای اطلاعاتی تیم مراقبت و درمان و ارتقای کیفیت خدمات پزشکی و درمانی داشته باشند. بالا بردن سواد اطلاعاتی بالینی و استفاده از پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد در دستیاران چشم‌&lrm;&lrm;پزشکی، به دلیل اهمیت سلامتی بیماران این حوزه و تصمیم&lrm;‌گیری مناسب درباره‌ی وضعیت سلامت افراد از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تأثیر مداخله‌ی آموزشی کتابداران بالینی بر مهارت دستیاران چشم‌پزشکی در استفاده از اطلاعات مبتنی بر شواهد در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی نیمه‌تجربی بود. جامعه پژوهش، دستیاران چشم‌پزشکی&nbsp;بیمارستان چشم&lrm;‌پزشکی الزهرا(س) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان در طی سال&lrm;‌های ۱۴۰۲-۱۳۹۹ بودند که از طریق سرشماری انتخاب شدند. در طول یک دوره سه ماهه، ۱۷ جلسه آموزشی به صورت ترکیبی(حضوری و مجازی با استفاده از سامانه نوید) در ارتباط با روش‌های صحیح جستجو از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مختلف و استفاده مناسب از اطلاعات مبتنی بر شواهد برای ۱۸ دستیار متخصص چشم‌پزشکی برگزار شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها قبل و بعد از آموزش از پرسش‌نامه‌ی سواد اطلاعات بالینی برگرفته از مطالعات قبلی استفاده شد و تحلیل داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS و آزمون&lrm;‌های آماری ANOVA و ANCOVA جهت مقایسه‌ی نمره‌ی قبل و بعد از آموزش در گروه مداخله استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بیشترین میزان دستیاران مشارکت‌کننده(۵۵/۶ درصد) زن بودند. قبل از مداخله ۳۳/۳ درصد از جامعه پژوهش، سطح دانش آنان از پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد در حد متوسط و زیاد بود. بین سطح کل دانش دستیاران بعد از آموزش با متغیر جنسیت، ارتباط آماری معنی‌داری وجود داشت(۰/۰۵>P-value). آموزش کتابدار بالینی، بر سطح دانش پایه پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد، طراحی سوالات بالینی، جستجوی شواهد بالینی، ارزیابی نقادانه‌ی شواهد بالینی و اشاعه اطلاعات پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد دستیاران مؤثر بوده است(۰/۰۵>P-value).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با در نظر گرفتن تأثیر مثبت مداخله‌ی کتابداران بالینی در بالا بردن سطح دانش تصمیم‌گیری بالینی دستیاران چشم‌پزشکی، پیشنهاد می&lrm;‌گردد که کارگاه&lrm;‌ها یا دوره‌های آموزشی پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد برای دستیاران رشته‌های مختلف با استفاده از روش‌های متنوع آموزشی برگزار شود. علاوه بر این پیشنهاد می‌شود واحد درسی پزشکی مبتنی بر شواهد در برنامه درسی دستیاران گنجانده شود و آموزش به صورت تیمی متشکل از متخصصان کتابداری و اطلاع‌رسانی پزشکی و متخصصان چشم‌پزشکی انجام شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Health librarians can play an important role in meeting the information needs of the clinical team and improving the quality of medical cares. Increasing clinical health literacy and use of Evidence-based medicine among ophthalmology residents is of great importance due to the importance of patients&rsquo; health in this field and appropriate decision-making about the individual&rsquo;s health status. The present study aimed to evaluate the effect of an educational intervention by clinical librarians on the skills of ophthalmology residents in using of evidence-based information at Zahedan University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> This was a semi-experimental applied study. The research population was ophthalmology residents of Al-Zahra Eye Hospital, Zahedan University of Medical Sciences during the years 2020-2023, who were selected through a census. During a three-month period, 17 combined training sessions (face-to-face and virtual using the Navid system) were held for 18 ophthalmology residents regarding correct search methods from different databases and appropriate use of evidence-based information. To collect data before and after training, a clinical information literacy questionnaire derived from previous studies was used, and data analysis was performed using SPSS software and ANOVA and ANCOVA statistical tests to compare scores before and after training in the intervention group.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The majority of participating residents (55.6%) were female. Before the intervention, 33.3% of the study population had moderate to high levels of knowledge about evidence-based medicine. There was a statistically significant relationship between the total level of knowledge of residents after training and gender (P-value<0.05). Clinical librarian training was effective on the level of basic knowledge of evidence-based medicine, designing clinical questions, searching for clinical evidence, critical evaluation of clinical evidence, and dissemination of evidence-based medical information of residents (P-value<0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Considering the positive impact of clinical librarians&rsquo; intervention in improving the level of clinical decision-making knowledge of ophthalmology residents, it is suggested that evidence-based medicine training workshops or courses be held for residents of different disciplines using a variety of educational methods.
