fa مشارکت بیماران در اقدامات مرتبط با ایمنی مراقبت‌های سلامت: یک مرور حیطه‌ای مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment مروری Review <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> در سال‌های اخیر، مفهوم مشارکت فعال بیماران در مراقبت به‌عنوان یک عنصر مهم در دستیابی به پیامدهای مراقبت‌های سلامت با کیفیت در سیاست‌های مراقبت سلامت مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است. هدف از این مطالعه، شناسایی زمینه‌ها و حیطه‌های مشارکت بیماران در اقدامات مرتبط با ایمنی مراقبت‌های سلامت است.<br> <strong>&nbsp;روش بررسی: </strong>یک مرور حیطه‌ای از متون منتشرشده‌ی انگلیسی از سال ۲۰۰۰ تا ۲۰۲۱ با جستجوی کلیدواژه‌های مناسب شامل اصلاحات Mesh و کلیدواژه‌های رایج مرتبط با موضوع موردمطالعه شامل patient collaboration، patient participation، patient engaging، patient involvement، patient education و patient safety در پایگاه‌های Scopus، PubMed،&nbsp; Web of science و ProQuest انجام شد. سازمان‌دهی پژوهش بر اساس چارچوب Arksey و O&rsquo;Malley و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شده است.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> با استفاده از استراتژی جستجو، ۲۹۵۱ مقاله بازیابی شد. ۳۸ مقاله معیارهای ورود به مطالعه را داشتند. بیشترین تعداد مطالعه به‌ترتیب در کشورهای آمریکا(۱۴)، انگلیس(۸) و استرالیا(۶) انجام شده بود. در خصوص سال چاپ مقالات بیشترین&nbsp; تعداد مقاله به‌ترتیب در سال‌های ۲۰۱۵(۵) و ۲۰۱۷(۴) چاپ شده بود. از این مقالات ۵ حیطه‌ی مشارکت شامل پیشگیری از سقوط بیمار، پیشگیری از تداخلات دارویی، پیشگیری و آگاهی از خطای پزشکی، مشارکت در کنترل عفونت و بهداشت دست کارکنان و آموزش و ارتقای آگاهی شناسایی شد. مقالات یافت‌شده به‌ترتیب در حیطه‌ی مشارکت در پیشگیری از سقوط ۲۶/۳%، آموزش و ارتقای آگاهی و مشارکت در کنترل عفونت و بهداشت دست ۲۳/۶%، پیشگیری و آگاهی از خطای پزشکی ۱۸/۴% و پیشگیری از تداخلات دارویی ۷/۹% بودند. یافته‌های اصلی مطالعات بررسی شده به تفکیک حیطه‌ی مشارکت بیماران، روش‌های مشارکت بیماران، مصادیق و نتایج مشارکت بیماران و چالش‌های مشارکت بیماران در اقدامات مرتبط با ایمنی طبقه‌بندی گردید.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> مشارکت بیمار در اقدامات مرتبط با ایمنی مراقبت‌های سلامت باید به‌عنوان ابزاری جهت بهبود ایمنی بیمار مورد حمایت قرار گیرد. مشارکت بیماران در ایمنی مراقبت، مستلزم توانمندسازی بیماران از طریق ارتقای سطح سواد سلامت و دانش آن‌ها و همچنین تغییر در نگرش ارایه‌دهندگان خدمات است. نقش سیاست‌گذاران به‌خصوص در سطح وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی با تقویت مقوله‌ی مشارکت بیمار و خانواده‌ی بیمار در استانداردهای ملی اعتباربخشی بیمارستانی و در مجموع تلاش نظام سلامت برای تغییر به سمت مراقبت‌های مشارکت محور، کلیدی می‌باشد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong>&nbsp;In recent years, active patient participation in healthcare has been increasingly recognized as a vital component in health policies aimed at achieving optimal health outcomes. This study aims to identify the contexts and areas in which patients engage in safety-related measures within healthcare settings.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong>&nbsp;A scoping review of the English-language literature published from 2000 to 2021 was performed. The search strategy involved relevant keywords, including MeSH modifications, as well as common terms associated with the topic, such as patient collaboration, patient participation, patient engagement, patient involvement, patient education, and patient safety. Literature was sourced from the Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, and ProQuest databases. The research design adhered to the framework proposed by Arksey and O&rsquo;Malley, and data analysis was conducted using a content analysis approach.<br> <strong>Results:</strong>&nbsp;The search strategy yielded a total of 2,951 articles, of which 38 articles met the inclusion criteria. The majority of studies originated from the United States (14), the United Kingdom (8), and Australia (6). The publication years with the highest output were 2015 (5 articles) and 2017 (4 articles). Five key areas of patient participation were identified: fall prevention, prevention of drug interactions, medical error prevention and awareness, participation in infection control and staff hand hygiene, and educational initiatives. The articles identified focused on various areas, including participation in fall prevention (26.3%), education and awareness promotion, participation in infection control and hand hygiene (23.6%), prevention and awareness of medical errors (18.4%), and prevention of drug interactions (7.9%).The main findings of the reviewed studies were categorized into four areas: patient participation, methods of patient participation, examples and outcomes of patient participation, and challenges associated with patient participation in safety-related measures.<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong>&nbsp;Promoting patient involvement in safety-related practices within healthcare is essential for bolstering patient safety. Such participation is contingent upon empowering patients by improving their health literacy and knowledge while simultaneously fostering a shift in the attitudes of healthcare providers.
