fa دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز در خصوص داوری باز مقالات مجلات کتابداری و اطلاع رسانی پزشکی Medical Library & Information Sciences پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:nasimYW;"><strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> فرایند داوری تخصصی باز یکی از روش‌های داوری همتا در مجلات بوده و در مجامع علمی پذیرفته شده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین دیدگاه اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌ها در مورد فرایند داوری تخصصی باز بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-کاربردی بود که به‌روش پیمایشی انجام شد. حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، ۱۵۰ نفر از مجموع ۲۴۶ نفر اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز محاسبه شد. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش‌نامه‌ی خوداظهاری &nbsp;براساس متون بود. پس از جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، اطلاعات به‌وسیله‌ی نرم‌افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون t زوجی تحلیل شدند.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که دیدگاه شرکت‌کنندگان در خصوص&laquo;رویکردها و فرایندهای داوری باز مجلات&raquo; با میانگین ۳/۴۸ و &laquo;مزایای داوری باز مجلات&raquo; با میانگین ۳/۷۰ نسبتاً مطلوب بود. شرکت‌کنندگان از میان سبک‌های داوری باز به‌ترتیب سبک‌های&laquo;گزارش باز&raquo; و &laquo;داوری داده&raquo; را بیشتر ترجیح می‌دادند. دیدگاه شرکت‌کنندگان در خصوص&laquo;مزایا و معایب داوری باز مجلات&raquo; نشان‌دهنده‌ی موافقت شرکت‌کنندگان با اغلب مولفه‌های ارایه شده در این زمینه بود. همچنین بین میانگین نمره دیدگاه شرکت‌کنندگان نسبت به فرایند داوری سنتی و داوری باز مجلات اختلاف معنی‌دار آماری وجود داشت(۰/۰۵<p).<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>داوری باز در میان اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز مورد پذیرش است. نظر به اینکه مقبولیت این نوع داوری در میان مجامع علمی بیشتر می‌شود، توجه به نگرش‌ها و دیدگاه‌های مربوط به فرایند داوری باز می‌تواند سبب بهبود کیفیت مقالات و پژوهش‌هایی ‌شود که در مجلات علمی منتشر می‌شوند.</p).<br></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> The open peer review process, which is one of the peer-reviewed methods in journals, has been accepted in scientific forums. The aim of this study was to investigate the points of view of university faculty members about the open peer review process of journal articles.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The study used a descriptive survey. The sample size was calculated using the Cochran&rsquo;s formula of 150 people out of a total of 246 faculty members of Alborz University of Medical Sciences. The research tool was a questionnaire designed based on the existing literature. Data were analyzed by SPSS software using descriptive statistics and paired t-test.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results showed that the participants&rsquo; views on &ldquo;approaches and processes of open peer review&rdquo; with 3.48 mean score and &ldquo;benefits of open peer review&rdquo; with mean score of 3.70 were relatively desirable. Among the open peer review styles, participants preferred the &ldquo;open reporting&rdquo; and &ldquo;data peer review&rdquo; styles, respectively. Participants&rsquo; views on the &ldquo;advantages and disadvantages of open peer review&rdquo; also indicated that participants agreed with most of the components presented in this area. There was also a statistically significant difference between the mean score of participants&rsquo; views on the traditional peer review process and open peer review (P<0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> Open peer review is relatively accepted among the faculty members of Alborz University of Medical Sciences.
