fa ابعاد اثربخشی دبیرخانه هوشمند دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> هدف از این پژوهش، معرفی ایجاد مدل جدید اندیکاتور نامه&shy;ها در اتوماسیون اداری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش کاربردی و نوع مطالعه توسعه &shy;ای می&shy; باشد که در این پژوهش روش قدیمی اتوماسیون در قالب مدل جدید اصلاح گردیده است. بر اساس پراکندگی کدهای اختصاص یافته به نامه &shy;ها، نبود نظم خاص در کدهای واحدهای قدیم و جدید تعریف شده و این&shy;که ابتدا اندیکاتور نامه&shy; ها در سیستم اتوماسیون اداری دانشگاه به&shy; صورت ترکیب حروف و عدد و بدون طبقه&shy; بندی انجام می&shy; شده است، تصمیم به اصلاح آن گرفته شد. در این مدل، شماره&shy; گذاری مکاتبات براساس فراوانی واحدهای زیرمجموعه دانشگاه تشریح و مدل پیشنهادی ارایه گردید.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">ها: </span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بر اساس مدل جدید شماره&shy; گذاری، کدهای یکپارچه به نامه&shy; ها اختصاص یافت که تماما عددی و یا ترکیبی از اعداد بوده است. با توجه به فراوانی واحدهای تحت پوشش دانشگاه، مراکز تحقیقاتی بیشترین تعداد را به خود اختصاص داده &shy;اند. بنابراین، دامنه &shy;ی بزرگ&shy;تری از کدهای اندیکاتور برای این واحدها نسبت به سایر بخش&shy;ها در نظر گرفته شد.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه</span></strong><strong><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&shy;</span></span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">گیری: </span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">این مدل، دستیابی به الگوی جدید ایجاد کد اندیکاتور اتوماسیون اداری در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران را فراهم کرده و موجب سهولت در جستجوی نامه&shy; ها براساس شماره&shy; ی تعریف شده می&shy; گردد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and Aim: </strong>The purpose of this study was to introduce a new model for indicator of letters in office automation of Tehran University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Materials and Methods:</strong> The present study was an applied research and a developmental study in which old automation method has been modified to new model. Regarding to the dispersion of codes assigned to letters, there was no specific order in the codes of both old and new units defined in the system, and firstly, the letter indicators in the office automation system of university in combination with letters and numbers was done without classification, the decision was made to correct it in the office automation system. In new model, numbering the correspondence based on frequency of each university unit&#39;s subdivision was described and proposed model was presented.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>According to the new numerical model, integrated codes were assigned which were entirely numerical or the combination of numbers. Due to the abundance of units covered by the university, the research centers allocate the largest number to themselves.
