fa بررسی تمایل پرستاران به مشارکت بیمار در ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان های وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مشارکت بیمار یک مفهوم گسترده است و به عنوان یک موضوع مهم برای بهبود کیفیت خدمات و ایمنی بیماران محسوب می&shy;‌شود که مورد توجه مدیران بخش سلامت قرار گرفته است؛ لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تمایل پرستاران به مشارکت بیمار در زمینه ایمنی بیمار در بیمارستان های تابع دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 97-96 انجام شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی: </span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی می&shy;‌باشد که اطلاعات به صورت مقطعی بر روی 220 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان های آموزشی و غیرآموزشی تابع دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران که به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند، انجام شد. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات نیز از پرسش‌&shy;نامه استاندارد </span></span><font color="#333333" face="tahoma"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Malfait&nbsp;</span></font><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و همکاران با عنوان </span><span dir="LTR">PaCT-HCW</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">استفاده گردید. داده ها در نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون رگرسیون در سطح &nbsp;معناداری کمتر از 0/05 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><br> <strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته ها:</span></strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> از بین ویژگیهای فردی و شغلی پرستاران مورد مطالعه، دو ویژگی شامل مدت سابقه کار در بیمارستان(P=0/043 ,B=0/0323</span></span><span style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 12pt;">)، مدت سابقه کار در بخش تخصصی محل خدمت</span><span style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">(</span><span style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 16px;">P=0/006 ,B=0/604</span><span style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 16px;">)</span><span style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 12pt;"> تأثیر مستقیم و ویژگی نوع بیمارستان محل خدمت(</span><span style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">P=0/001 ,B=-8/182)</span><span style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 16px;"> </span><span style="font-family: tahoma; font-size: 12pt;">تأثیر معکوس بر تمایل پرستاران به مشارکت بیمار در ایمنی بیمار داشته است.&nbsp;</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مدیران بخش سلامت بهتر است ضمن ایجاد تسهیلات لازم و توسعه‌&shy;ی برنامه های آموزشی در زمینه&shy;‌ی مشارکت بیمار با رویکرد ایمنی بیمار، نوع بخش تخصصی، مدت سابقه پرستاران و همچنین دیدگاه مدیریتی بیمارستان را نیز مدنظر قراردهند. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Background and Aim:</strong> Patient participation is a widespread concept and is considered as an important issue for improving the quality of patient care and patient safety, which has been considered by health managers. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effect of nurses&#39; characteristics on their willingness to patient participation in patient safety in hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of Medical Sciences using PaCT-HCW questionnaire.<br> <strong>Materials & Methods:</strong> This was a descriptive-analytic study. Cross-sectional information was gathered on 220 nurses working in teaching and non-teaching hospitals affiliated to Tehran University of&nbsp; Medical Sciences, year of 2017-2018. For sampling, nurses were randomly selected from eligible wards. To collect information validated Malfait and et al questionnaire by named PaCT-HCW was used.
