fa مطالعه روحیه‌ی کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research زمینه و هدف: کار آفرینی در عصر حاضر از نظر برخی اقتصاددانان و صاحب نظرا ن، موتور حرکت و پیشرفت اقتصادی است . توسعه کارآفرینی ، نیازمند داشتن روحی هی بالای کارآفرینی است و در دانشگاهها، دانشجویان به عنوان پای ههای اصلی کارآفرینی محسوب می گردند . لذا در این پژوهش به ارزیابی و تعیین روحیه ی کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 92 پرداخته شد. روش بررسی: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی– تحلیلی بود که به صورت مقطعی انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران ورودی های مهرماه 1390 و 1391 در مقطع کارشناسی بودند که بر اساس روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای متناسب با حجم جامعه، تعداد 216 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش نامه ای استاندارد شده شامل دو بخش دموگرافیک و اطلاعات مربوط به مولفه های کارآفرینی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی شامل آزمون تی تک نمونه ای و تی مستقل، انجام گرفت. 20 سال بود. درصد امتیاز کسب شده روحیه کارآفرینی کلیه /44±1/ یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی دانشجویان 09 59 بود که بالاتر از حد میانگین درصد امتیاز کسب شده( 50 ) بود. / دانشجویان 90 نتیجه گیری: دانشجویان مورد مطالعه، از روحی هی کارآفرینی بالاتر از میانگین برخوردارند و این مساله م یتواند زمینه ای مساعد برای اجرا و پیشبرد برنام ههای مربوط به توسعه و آموزش های کارآفرینی در دانشکده پیراپزشکی ایجاد کند Background and Aim: Some economists and authorities in the field of management believe that entrepreneurship is a motive and advancement engine. The development of entrepreneurship requires high level of entrepreneurial spirit and university students are considered to be the cornerstones of such entrepreneurship. Therefore, the study investigated School of Allied Medical Sciences of Tehran University of Medical Sciences student’s spirit of entrepreneurship in year 2013. Materials and Methods: This was a cross-sectional study. The participants were the undergraduate students of school of Allied Medical Sciences of Tehran University of Medical Sciences who entered university in October month of year 2011. Based on stratified random sampling which was proportional to the size of the society, 216 subjects were enrolled. In this study the standardized questionnaire consisted of two parts: demographic characteristics and the information related to the components of entrepreneurship. Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (one sample t-test, independent t). Results: The mean and standard deviation of the age of the students were 20/44 ±1/90 year, respectively. The Percentage of entrepreneurship spirit of all students was 59/90, which was higher than the gained mean percentage (50). Conclusion: The findings of the study showed that was the studied subjects had high power of spirit of entrepreneurship which higher than the mean percentage.
