fa مجموعه حداقل داده‌های سیستم گزارش دهی رادیولوژی برای تبادل با سامانه پرونده الکترونیک سلامت ایران A Minimum Data Set Of Radiology Reporting System For Exchanging With Electronic Health Record System In Iran مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research زمینه و هدف: به منظور طراحی بهتر سامانه‌ی پرونده‌ی الکترونیک سلامت در سطح کشور، تعیین عناصر داده‏ای استاندارد برای ایجاد یک نظام اطلاعاتی یکپارچه دارای اهمیت است. هدف این پژوهش، تعیین مجموعه حداقل داده‌ی سیستم گزارش دهی رادیولوژی در کشور ایران است. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه‌ی توصیفی مقطعی، 13 رادیولوژیست، سه متخصص بیهوشی، سه پزشکی عمومی و سه نفر از کارشناسان بیمه شاغل در مرکز تصویربرداری بیمارستان امام خمینی(ره) شهر تهران انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش نامه محقق ساخته بود. به منظور روایی پرسش نامه، از روش اعتبار محتوا و برای سنجش پایایی از روش test-retest استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم‏افزار Spss انجام شد. یافته‌ها: در اولویت‏ها، بیشترین میانگین مربوط به پیشنهادها و توضیحات متنی رادیولوژیست(6/9)، تفسیر تصویر(5/9)، نام ماده حاجب(4/9)، نام اقدام تصویربرداری(3/9)، نوع و تاریخ اقدامات قبلی(1/9) و تشخیص نهایی(9) بود و سطح تحصیلات و کدپستی(5)، آدرس و تلفن پزشک ارجاع دهنده(8/4) و نسبت بیمار با بیمه شده اصلی(3/4)، دارای کمترین میانگین بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به اهمیت گزارش‌های رادیولوژی در تشخیص و مدیریت آتی مشکلات بالینی بیمار، توجه به حداقل داده‏های مربوط به این گزارش‌ها همچون داده‏های مدیریتی، بیمه‏ای، هویتی، بالینی، بیهوشی و نتایج معاینات رادیولوژی برای تبادل با سامانه پرونده الکترونیک سلامت ضروری به نظر می‏رسد. Background and Aim: In order to better design an electronic health record system in the country, determining standardized data elements for creating an integrated information system is important. In this study, the minimum data set of radiology reporting system is determined. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive cross-sectional study, 13 radiologists, 3 anesthesiologists, 3 general practitioners and 3 insurance experts working in the Imaging Center of Imam Khomeini hospital in Tehran were chosen. The research tool was a questionnaire having 11 parts. Content validity and test-retest method were used to measure the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, respectively. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS software. Results: The highest means reported were radiologists' written explanations and suggestions (9.6), image interpretation (9.5), the name of contrast material (9.4), the name of imaging procedure (9.3) type and date of previous measures (9.1), and the final diagnosis (9) and the lowest averages belonged to referring physician's address (4.8), relationship between patients and the primary individual insured (4.3), and religion (2.2).
