fa بررسی سطح سواد اطلاعاتی دانشجویان مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی بر اساس مدل هفت ستونی اسکانل در دانشگاه جندی‌شاپور اهواز Information Literacy Among Undergraduate Students Of Health Services Administration In Ahvaz Jundishapur University Of Medical Sciences Based On SCONUL Seven Pillars Model: 2013 مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی درمانی Hospital Managment پژوهشی اصيل Original Research زمینه و هدف: سواد اطلاعاتی مجموعهای از مهارتها برای شناسایی منابع درست اطلاعاتی و نیز دسترسی به آنها است. این مهارتها توان استفاده‌ی هدفمند از منابع اطلاعاتی را تقویت میکند. هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین میزان توانمندی دانشجویان کارشناسی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی از نظر سواد اطلاعاتی بر اساس الگوی «هفت ستونی اسکانل» بود. روش بررسی: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی و مقطعی با استفاده از پرسش نامهای مبتنی بر الگوی هفت ستونی اسکانل انجام شد. روایی پرسش نامه‌ی فوق با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا از سوی استادان تخصصی تأیید و آلفای کرونباخ آن 93/0 محاسبه شد. جامعه‌ی پژوهش شامل 95 دانشجوی کارشناسی مدیریت خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی بود که در سال 1391 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز تحصیل مینمودند. تعداد نمونه 40 نفر محاسبه شد که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای آماری ناپارامتری Man Whitney و Cochran در محیط SPSS استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: میانگین امتیاز مهارتهای سواد اطلاعاتی جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه، نسبتاً خوب برآورد شد(میانگین 43/0±5/0). سواد اطلاعاتی دانشجویان سال اول اختلاف معنیداری با سایر دانشجویان داشت(03/0P<). دانشجویانی که واحدهای درسی مبانی کامپیوتر و روش تحقیق را گذرانده بودند از نظر مدیریت اطلاعات با سایر دانشجویان اختلاف معناداری داشتند(01/0P<). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به توسعه‌ی روزافزون فنآوری اطلاعات، نیاز به گسترش مهارتهای سواد اطلاعاتی بویژه در افرادی که با بخش سلامت در ارتباط خواهند بود بسیار محسوس است. اگر چه میانگین سواد اطلاعاتی دانشجویان نسبتاً خوب برآورد شد، لازم است تدابیری برای بهبود مؤلفههای سواد اطلاعاتی ایشان اتخاذ گردد. Background and Aim: Information literacy is a set of skills required to identify rightful information resources and access to them. These skills are empowering goal oriented use of information resources. This study aimed to determine the ability rate of information literacy among health services administration students in <span style="font-size: 11pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ascii-theme-font: major-bidi mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-theme-font: major-bidi mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-theme-font: major-bidi">Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences based on SCONUL seven pillars model. Materials and Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive-analytic study was conducted using a questionnaire developed based on SCONUL information literacy seven pillars model. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed through content analysis and coefficient of Chronbach’s alpha was 0.93. The study population included students of health services administration in Ahvaz <span style="font-size: 11pt mso-ascii-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-ascii-theme-font: major-bidi mso-hansi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-hansi-theme-font: major-bidi mso-bidi-font-family: "Times New Roman" mso-bidi-theme-font: major-bidi">Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in 2013. The sample size included 40 cases collected randomly. Data analyzed through SPSS descriptive statistics and non-parametric statistical tests. Results: The mean score for the studied components of information literacy abilities among the study population was 0.5±0.43. Information Literacy score among freshmen was significantly different from other students (P<0.03). Students who passed Computer Basics and Research Methodology educational courses showed significant differences from other students in the information management (P<0.01). Conclusion: Given the increasing development in information technology, the need to develop information literacy skills is considerable especially among those who are going to be engaged in the health sector.
