Background and Aim: Organizational culture, if led to stimulating organizational creativity, leads to improved organizational effectiveness and success. Therefore, the main goal was to determine the relationship between organizational culture and creativity of employees, taking into account the role of mediation of social capital.
Materials and Methods: The research was descriptive-analytic, which was performed on 183 randomly chosen employees. The data collection tool was a standard organizational culture questionnaire (56 questions), Creativity of employees (60 questions), and social capital (28 questions). The data obtained from the questionnaires were evaluated using structural equation modeling method and with the help of Pls Smart software version two.
Result: between organizational culture and social capital with a value of 0.752 and There was a relationship between organizational culture and creativity of staff with a ratio of 0.465. Social capital also mediated the relationship between organizational culture and employee creativity.
Conclusion: Organizations can increase the creativity of employees by agreeing on the values ​​and beliefs in the organization and aligning their individual and organizational goals, and planners cannot base their criteria increasing the creativity of individuals, regardless of organizational culture. If managers act to strengthen social capital, they can, while strengthening organizational culture in their organizations, create a suitable platform for creating commonality.
